HELP DESK/SYSTEMS SUPPORT
Archer & Greiner, P.C., a full-service law firm, is seeking a Help Desk/Systems Support professional to join our Information Services team. For over 95 years, the firm has provided litigation and transactional legal services to a diverse client base, including Fortune 100 corporations, small and middle-market companies, closely held businesses, and individuals with nine offices serving clients across a wide range of industries.
This position will be onsite in our Voorhees, NJ office, Monday through Friday (hours will vary), and includes participation in a rotating support schedule with evening coverage approximately every three weeks and limited weekend on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and bring strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment supporting attorneys and professional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and in-person support to resolve issues related to software, hardware, and data management systems, including iManage
- Serve as the initial point of contact for software and technical troubleshooting requests
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving desktop applications and data management systems
- Support attorneys and staff with Microsoft Office applications, document workflows, and legal technology tools
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when handling time-sensitive requests
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of IT support experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Basic understanding of legal documents and document management systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Kofax PDF, and iManage
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively

- Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;
- Transcribe digital dictation; and
- Create and edit PDFs in Kofax.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have:
- Must have at least 3-years Legal Administrative Assistant experience.
- Preferred candidates will have excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kofax and Outlook.
- Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000, commensurate with experience.
