Commercial Litigation Junior-to Mid-Level Associate - Hackensack, NJ
Archer is seeking a junior-to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Hackensack, New Jersey office. Qualified candidates should have 3–7 years of experience handling commercial and other complex civil litigation matters in New Jersey state and federal courts. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York Bar and experience preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is desired.
Candidates should have experience with depositions and court appearances and be experienced in all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys across offices and practice areas in a collegial and collaborative environment.
Our litigation team represents a diverse client base ranging from closely held businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Associates in this role will work on a wide range of commercial disputes for clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, construction, petroleum, utility, healthcare, food, and manufacturing.
We are seeking a self-motivated attorney capable of managing significant responsibility while working both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience.
