We have attorneys who have a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Taxation and are certified public accountants, as well as members concentrating in estate and trust litigation. Active in the legal community, we are members of national organizations, including The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”) and the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, as well as active at the state level in the New Jersey Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and various local county bar association probate committees.
