Matthew M. Nicodemo

Matthew represents clients in a variety of civil and commercial matters. He has extensive experience in litigation involving will contests, disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries, guardianship matters, accountings, trust interpretation and reformation, and businesses. He regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including Chancery matters involving injunctive relief.

Matthew is readily available to his clients to provide personalized support and experience for their legal needs. While encouraging mutual resolution, Matthew prepares throughout the litigation process as if the case will ultimately go to trial. Matthew has successfully tried cases to conclusion before the New Jersey Chancery Division, Law Division, and Office of Administrative Law.

Following law school, Matthew served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Part in Hackensack, NJ.

During law school, Matthew was an intern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its Student Honors Program, where he assisted in enforcement actions related to insider trading, market manipulation, and accounting fraud.
