Steven Mignogna Speaks to National Audience at Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning

Archer partner Steven K. Mignogna recently presented at the 54th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. He has lectured regularly at the Institute during the last fifteen years and serves as an Advisory Committee Board Member. The Institute is the premier conference in the nation, attended by almost 3,500 estate planning professionals. Speaking in front of a national audience, Mr. Mignogna presented the program, “Inside View from Corporate Fiduciaries,” and led a panel comprised of the chief officers of several major corporate fiduciaries, who provided their insight on significant issues in estates and trusts. The program focused on issues of significance to all fiduciaries and the various professionals with whom they deal in estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation.

Mr. Mignogna is a well-known speaker in the industry, having made close to 200 presentations over the course of his career. He was honored to be among the speakers at the Institute. Mr. Mignogna focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate. He is Co-Chair of the Archer’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group.

Mr. Mignogna is principal author of the treatise, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual and The New Jersey Probate Procedures Book, all published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
