Ask Archer: A Fireside Chat on Pennsylvania’s Proposed Drinking Water Standard for PFAS: What does it mean, and what is next?

When: Friday, April 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM EST

Where: This is an online event

Speakers: Charlie Dennen and David Edelstein

Overview: It is hard to call per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) a category of “emerging” contaminants given the amount of attention PFAS is receiving these days, but the regulation of PFAS throughout the country is certainly still developing. Pennsylvania is the latest jurisdiction to propose drinking water standards for PFAS. The Fireside Chat will discuss Pennsylvania’s proposed standard, how it compares to other standards throughout the country, what it means for the regulated community, and what comes next.
