Archer partner John M. Cantalupo has been named Chair of the Board of Trustees of CentraState Healthcare System. John’s appointment follows CentraState’s recent new partnership with Atlantic Health System. John joined the CentraState Board of Trustees in 2013 and also serves on the Finance Committee for the system, a position he has held since 2010. John will serve a two-year term.
John is Chair of Archer’s Public Finance Group and serves as a member of the firm’s Government Affairs Group. Since 1998, he has served as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in connection with numerous financings completed by municipalities, counties, school districts and public agencies and authorities throughout New Jersey.
CentraState Healthcare System is a fully accredited, not-for-profit, community-based health system that provides comprehensive health services in central New Jersey. Based in Freehold Township, CentraState is comprised of a 284-bed acute-care hospital, a health and wellness campus, three senior living communities, a charitable foundation, and four satellite health pavilions.
