Free Seminar on Protecting Business Information & Customer Relationships

What are the everyday risks to a company’s trade secrets, confidential information and customer relationships? How can businesses protect themselves?

These crucial questions will be answered during a free business breakfast seminar on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009, at the law firm of Archer, P.C., One Centennial Square, Haddonfield, N.J.

Thomas A. Muccifori, founder and Chair of Archer’s Employment Competition & Information Protection Group, will present this complimentary seminar entitled How to Draft Enforceable Restrictive Covenants. Muccifori has extensive national experience in drafting, counseling on, negotiating, and litigating restrictive covenants – non-compete, non-solicit, non-disclosure, anti-piracy and other agreements. He represents employers, employees and others in the business setting.

The seminar is designed for business owners, chief administrative officers, in-house counsel, human resources professionals, company supervisors and anyone else interested in protecting company confidential information and customer relationships. Topics to be covered include how to draft restrictive covenants, and how and when should an employer present a new or existing employee with a non-compete or other agreement.

The session begins at 8:15 a.m. with breakfast and registration. Presentations will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a question and answer period ending at 11 a.m.
