Archer & Greiner is pleased to announce that John M. Paolino joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Princeton office. John has over 20 years of experience in corporate law counseling clients in a variety of areas such as regulatory compliance, medical device regulation, commercial litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity. He handles a broad range of transactional matters.
John is also a highly experienced Intellectual Property attorney providing counsel to clients on patent and trademark prosecution, IP litigation, IP portfolio management and IP licensing. He works with clients in forming and executing IP strategies that focus on developing IP that truly increases value. He is registered to practice in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is also a certified information privacy professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP/US).
John has both private practice and in-house experience gained at top law firms and companies. Prior to joining Archer, John was a partner and founder of Finch Paolino LLC, a business and IP law services firm. John’s in-house roles have included serving as General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel.
John earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, and his AB from Lafayette College.
