John M. Paolino

John concentrates his practice on corporate law. He counsels clients in a variety of areas such as regulatory compliance, medical device regulation, commercial litigation, and data privacy and cybersecurity. His clients range from closely-held and emerging growth companies, to large national and international privately and publicly-held companies. John is also a highly experienced Intellectual Property attorney. He has counseled medical device and biotech companies on various matters.

John handles a broad range of transactional matters, including asset and stock purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, SaaS agreements, and healthcare-related agreements such as sponsored research and clinical trial agreements.

John’s intellectual property experience includes Patent and Trademark prosecution, IP litigation, IP portfolio management and IP licensing.
