On receiving the honor, William said, “It is tremendously rewarding to be recognized for decades of both service to the GSBA and career success by an organization to which I have such a close connection.”

In his practice, William represents numerous real estate investors and owners at trial before the New Jersey Tax Court and various County Boards of Taxation in all aspects of property tax appeal litigation, and has secured abatements and exemptions for redevelopers. He has also practiced in the area of eminent domain and has served as a Condemnation Commissioner in Essex County, New Jersey. William’s clients include a top tier international fast food restaurant chain, multifamily building investors, office building investors, condominium unit owners, COOP Boards, luxury home owners, marina owner/operators, retail strip mall investors, developers, warehouse/industrial owners and mixed use property owners.  William is the former Chief Assistant Assessor for the City of East Orange and has managed multifamily properties.
