Attorney William P. Isele of Archer P.C. in Princeton, N.J., has been elected Secretary of the Middlesex County, N.J., Bar Association (MCBA).
The MCBA, a professional association committed to serving the Middlesex County legal community and the general public, provides a variety of services to stimulate professional growth and personal contacts, assist in the practice of law and provide opportunity for meaningful public service.
Mr. Isele, of Milltown, was sworn in, along with other MCBA officers, at the Association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner on May 9, 2012. As Secretary, Mr. Isele is responsible for issuing notices to MCBA members of their election to various posts within the organization, issuing notices of Association meetings, keeping a record of MCBA meetings, and additional duties as may be required.
Mr. Isele also serves as Vice President of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation, which benefits and carries out the charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes of the Foundation and the MCBA.
Mr. Isele practices in the areas of health care law and elder law. He represents a wide range of clients from private individuals and individual and institutional health care providers to governmental and quasi-governmental entities. His more than 36 years’ experience in health care and elder law includes eight years as New Jersey’s Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly, leading the state government office that investigates allegations of abuse and neglect of people 60 and older living in nursing homes and other long-term health care facilities. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the field of Health Care Law earlier this year.
