William Isele to Give Keynote Speech at Annual Elder Law Retreat

Elder law attorney William P. Isele of Archer P.C. in Princeton will deliver the keynote address at the upcoming 13th Annual Elder Law Retreat presented by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA).

Mr. Isele will address conference attendees on the topic of “Health Care Reform and the Elderly: What Every Elder Law Practitioner Needs to Know about this Landmark Legislation.” The two-day retreat takes place April 28 and 29, 2011, at the Nassau Inn, Princeton. Mr. Isele’s address highlights the April 28 session. The retreat is approved for continuing education credits for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Mr. Isele counsels and represents a wide range of health care entities, from individual practitioners to hospitals, long-term care facilities and hospice providers, as well as individuals and families faced with the challenge of planning for long-term care and competent, compassionate end-of-life care. He served from 1999 to 2007 as New Jersey’s Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly, leading the state government office that investigates allegations of abuse and neglect of people 60 and older living in nursing homes and other long-term health care facilities.
