Tiffany Wagner Donio, a Partner in Archer’s Haddonfield office, will serve as a mentor for Ready, Set, Mentor, the first speed mentoring event hosted by the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey Women’s Leadership Initiative Next Generation (WING). The WING mentorship event will feature more than 10 executive-level and c-suite women sharing their insights and guidance with attendees on how to advance in their career, succeed in male-dominated industries, and achieve work-life balance.
WING is part of United Way’s Women United, which is a diverse network of women leaders from across the region who are making a positive impact in local communities. Through a commitment to leadership, philanthropy and volunteerism, Women United is focused on building a generation of youth who are poised for success.
Ms. Donio specializes in the practice of corporate law and tax law. She provides representation to for-profit entities and their principals in a variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate and partnership terminations, mergers and acquisitions, business contracting and public company reporting obligations. Ms. Donio also advises clients on a variety of tax issues, including choice of entity, conversions from one form of entity to another, income tax planning, federal and state tax audits and appeals, and compliance with state and local tax laws, including sales tax issues. She is currently working toward an Executive LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Ms. Donio was recently named as one of South Jersey Biz magazine’s “Women to Watch” for 2017. She was among 20 female professionals the publication honored who are on the rise in the local business community. In 2014, Ms. Donio was named by SNJ Business People to its 40-Under-40 list of the most promising young business people in southern New Jersey. Ms. Donio serves on the Board of Directors of the Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey.
