Thomas A. Muccifori, of Moorestown, N.J., has been reappointed to serve as Co-Chair of the General Equity Section of the Burlington County Bar Association.
An attorney with Archer, P.C., in Haddonfield, since 1986 and a shareholder of the firm since 1993, Mr. Muccifori has chaired the Bar Association’s General Equity Section since 2003. General equity cases typically involve litigation of trade secret, restrictive covenant, real estate, and other commercial disputes in which court relief, often in the form of a temporary or preliminary injunction, is sought on an emergent basis.
Mr. Muccifori was recently named a Top Attorney by SJ Magazine in the area of commercial law, the fifth consecutive year the magazine has recognized him as a regional leader in his field.
