Terence J. Fox Elected to Archer Board of Directors

Terence J. Fox of West Deptford, N.J., has been elected to the Board of Directors of Archer P.C., South Jersey’s largest law firm.

Mr. Fox has been an attorney with Archer since 1981 and a shareholder of the firm since 1989. He concentrates his practice in corporate and commercial banking law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending transactions and general corporate services including advice and direction on businesses entity selection, corporate governance and contract preparation and review. He also has particular experience in advising businesses on the potential impact of New Jersey’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) on commercial transactions. His clients range from start-up operations to long-established business entities.

Mr. Fox’s extensive civic involvement includes serving as longtime counsel and a Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. He also serves as Vice President of Legal Counsel for the Burlington County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
