Steven K. Mignogna has been appointed Chair of the Probate and Fiduciary Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) for a fourth consecutive year.
Mr. Mignogna, a Partner in the Haddonfield, N.J., office of Archer, P.C., Chairs the firm’s Estate and Trust Litigation Group. The Probate and Fiduciary Litigation Committee is part of the ABA’s Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. The Committee reviews national developments related to estate and trust litigation, including will contests, surcharge litigation, contested guardianships and conservatorships and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Mignogna, of Voorhees, N.J., focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate. He has lectured and published locally and nationally. He is also the author of the book, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual, both published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
