Overview: Why just talking about diversity in your law firm is not enough. Is your firm really committed to advancing diversity? Is your law firm fair and just when it talks about inclusion? Our panelists are seasoned attorneys. They will lead a discussion on their own personal experiences and dealing with years of discrimination in the legal profession. They will openly discuss how they have risen above the unfairness and injustices, how the process enriched their career growths and the paths they took to guide their own law firms and various employers to advancing diversity. They will discuss the difficultly and reality of putting together a diverse legal team but the importance of it. They will discuss client expectation and the demand for lawyers who are culturally diverse.
