Steven K. Mignogna will present two programs during the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Regional Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). The programs are:
“Monarch for a Day,” Friday, Sept. 8 – The ACTEC State Chairs of the Region will present a roundtable discussion and cover what each State Chair would change in the respective laws of each jurisdiction as to estates and trusts. Steve is participating as the ACTEC State Chair for New Jersey.
“Making the Most of the Fiduciary Counsel Relationship,” Sunday, Sept. 10 – Steve will serve as moderator for this program where representatives of corporate fiduciaries will discuss how attorneys can foster working relationships with corporate trustees and executors.
