Bisbing, a recent decision that marks a major shift in the way relocation cases will be handled from now on, and the family lawyers who helped shape the path for the change will be on hand for this not-to-be-missed event that will explain the shift in the law and will discuss how the decision presents important strategic implications for attorneys and parents when they negotiate custody arrangements, and for judges when they consider relocation applications.
This seminar, which is jointly presented by the AAML – New Jersey Chapter and NJICLE, features the author of the Bisbing decision, the Hon. Anne Patterson, as well as noted family lawyers and mental health experts who have studied the issue of relocation and how every state in our country handles it.
