Pietrafesa, a partner of the firm and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Counseling Groups, has organized the 5th annual New Jersey M&A Conference for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. The conference will be held on October 26, 2022, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Fairfield, NJ. It will focus on the latest developments concerning mergers and acquisitions of private companies, such as family-owned and closely-held businesses. Pietrafesa, the winner of the 2020 Alfred C. Clapp Award for Excellence in Legal Education, will also serve as moderator for the conference.
