Description of the program:
This program will describe Environmental Site Assessments with respect to property transfer, lending requirements and environmental investigation and remediation. The focus will be on the necessity to perform EAS’s, the requirements of Phase I with respect to ASTM standards and all appropriate inquiry, and the use of ESA’s for environmental compliance, particularly as related to New Jersey and the New Jersey Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA).
