Daniel Farino, Partner in Archer’s Environmental Law practice group, will present “PFAS: Regulatory Status & Litigation Impacts” as part of the “Hot Topics in Environmental Law” portion of the panel “A 2020 Look at Environmental Law and Renewable Energy in the Garden State – A Two Part Presentation” for the 2020 NJSBA Annual Meeting.
Mr. Farino will join distinguished panelists to present the latest “right here, right now” issues impacting environmental law in the Garden State including compliance with environmental laws and regulations during the COVID-19 state of emergency, environmental issues arising in real estate transactions including impacts created by recent developments in applicable regulatory law, and an overview of the regulatory status and litigation impacts of PFAS in New Jersey and beyond.
