Robert J. Fogg, a Partner in Archer’s Princeton office, will be speaking at the New Jersey Adult Day Services Association’s upcoming annual meeting on May 15th at the Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Lakewood, NJ. Mr. Fogg will be presenting his topic, “Regulatory and Managed Care Update”.
Established in 1981, the New Jersey Adult Day Services Association (NJADSA) is the non-profit organization that officially represents New Jersey Adult Day Services providers. NJADSA is a member of the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) and a constituent unit of the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
As Chair of Archer’s Health Care Law Practice Group, Mr. Fogg concentrates in representing health care providers in regulatory and compliance matters as well as in complex transactional matters. His practice includes handling state and federal administrative appeals related to enforcement and recovery actions; licensing and certification applications and advice; managed care contracting and reimbursement issues; defending governmental allegations of health care fraud and abuse; nursing home survey and certification issues; corporate compliance advice and services, and home health and hospice agency compliance matters.
