Salvatore M. DeBunda, a Partner in Archer & Greiner’s Philadelphia office, was recently appointed to the DNB First Bank Advisory Board. Mr. DeBunda brings over 40 years of legal and business experience to the advisory board. Mr. DeBunda has a diverse legal practice and represents many of the firm’s corporate, healthcare and media clients, as well as a significant number of private and family-owned companies, non-profit organizations, and certain horse ownership, racing interest and trade associations.

Some of Mr. DeBunda’s major accomplishments in the legal profession include representing cable television franchisees in obtaining and negotiating cable franchises throughout many jurisdictions in the United States, including the representation and negotiation of the cable franchises for Greater Media, Inc. and Wade Communications, Inc. in the City of Philadelphia.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. DeBunda is a major thoroughbred horse owner and breeder in Pennsylvania. He is President of the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association, Vice President of the National Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association, a member of the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Philly Pops, and President of the Longport Seaview Condo Association.
