Ross Aboff Joins Expanding Princeton Office

Princeton, NJ (June 13, 2007) — Archer, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Ross Aboff, Esquire, to the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Aboff joins Archer as an Associate in the firm’s expanding Princeton office. He will concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, estate and trust litigation, construction and technology litigation, environmental matters and land use. He also has experience representing both school boards and parents of disabled children in education matters.

Prior to joining Archer, Mr. Aboff practiced at Lowenstein Sandler, PC, where he concentrated his practice in white collar criminal defense, securities and complex commercial litigation, and Riker Danzig, LLP, where he specialized in both education and reinsurance litigation.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Aboff was an engineer and Supervisory Project Officer for the United States Army at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, where he gained substantial expertise in the field of federal government contracting.

Mr. Aboff received his B.S. in 1985 and MBA in 1988 from Rutgers University, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University in 2002. He resides in Monmouth County.
