Robert J. Fogg Named Chair of Firm’s Health Care Practice Group

Archer P.C. announced that Robert J. Fogg has been named Chair of the law firm’s Health Care Practice Group.

Mr. Fogg, a shareholder of the firm residing in Moorestown, N.J., has represented health care providers in private practice for more than 14 years. His practice is focused on regulatory and transactional matters affecting health care providers , and he specializes in highly complex administrative appeals. Mr. Fogg is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America guide for health care attorneys.

Mr. Fogg is the former Director of Licensing and Certification at the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, where he was responsible for overseeing the enforcement, regulation and development of licensing requirements for nearly 1,100 health care facilities in the state. In addition, while in public service, Mr. Fogg directed the Office of Managed Care and was the Assistant Director of Health Planning and Certificate of Need.

Mr. Fogg authored the practice guide Nursing Home Regulations for the Thompson Publishing Group, and continues to serve as its editor-in-chief. He lectures frequently on health care regulatory matters and has authored numerous articles.
