Our Government Affairs Team
Members of the group bring decades of bipartisan experience from all levels of government. Our professionals have served as cabinet members to governors and as elected representatives, elected and appointed chief prosecuting attorneys, and chief regulators in state agencies, among other governmental positions.
In addition to our attorneys, Archer Public Affairs, an affiliate of Archer & Greiner, P.C. provide full-service government and regulatory affairs advice and advocacy to businesses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Our members help ensure our clients achieve their business objectives by crafting strategic plans and advocating for their issues at all levels of government. By providing access to key decision makers and timely data, we offer our clients the political and legislative presence that is critical to success.
How We Work
Our clients benefit from a lobbying presence and full-service legal representation within the same firm. The Government Affairs team acts as an extension of our clients’ government and regulatory affairs staff and general counsel or contracts administrator. We collaborate with the client to ensure that we catalogue the client’s involvement with public sector agencies and issues whether they involve legislation, regulation or business development.
We craft a strategy that advances the client’s interests and identifies supporters of the client’s goals and objectives. Our team then advocates for the client, whether it is to a regulator, legislator, mayor, business leader or other key decision maker.
