Archer offers an array of services designed to streamline and effectively manage the discovery needs of our clients regardless of their size.  Archer has acted as both lead counsel and as a member of a larger team of counsel assembled on behalf of their clients in complex litigation matters demanding a more aggressive team approach.  Working together with other counsel and as lead counsel, Archer’s E-Discovery & Document Management team has successfully protected the interests of its clients while resolving a full range of issues and disputes concerning document review and production.  Archer has also effectively and efficiently implemented solutions concerning general document management focused on the individual business needs of its clients.

E-DISCOVERY & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS TEAM

We have assembled a team of specialists experienced in E-Discovery litigation and Document Management best practices who will guide you through any problem or dispute affecting your business or personal matter.  Our attorneys practice in state and federal trial courts around the country and have substantial experience with any size database. Our Document Management team, led by a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), who has more than 20 years of experience in litigation technology, provides extensive experience in all phases of discovery and evidence management, including expert knowledge of a wide range of standard as well as innovative legal software platforms.

Experience

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Document and ESI preservation and retention issues, negotiating the parameters of electronic discovery, drafting of electronic discovery orders, confidentiality agreements, protective orders, clawback agreements and establishing an effective review protocol.
  • Managing and coordinating collection, review and production of documents in litigation matters involving databases exceeding 3 million documents.
  • Coordinating an effective response to subpoenas for documents served on State and federally regulated agencies and entities involving extensive document review & production of ESI and non-ESI materials and protection of privileged information.
  • Appointed as Special Discovery Master for consolidated securities class action lawsuits to resolve complex and protracted discovery disputes concerning extensive ESI.
  • Assisting both private and public agencies as well as corporate entities responding to state and federal grand jury subpoenas, legislative and other administrative subpoenas for their business records.
  • Transferring hardcopy business records and documents for businesses, including Fortune 100 companies, into easily accessible and searchable electronic databases.
  • Working with primary counsel as coordinating counsel for database management, including document collection, review and production.
