Peter Frattarelli to Present at Hispanic Leadership Summit

Attorney Peter L. Frattarelli, Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Department at Archer P.C. in Haddonfield, N.J., will participate on a panel that will discuss the federal health care reform law, a.k.a. “Obamacare,” during the Hispanic Leadership Summit of New Jersey this Saturday, Sept. 22, at Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J.

Mr. Frattarelli has decades of experience in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including counseling employers on the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and other employee benefits issues. He will be part of a panel of experts that will analyze the impact of the health care law and a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on it.
