Peter Frattarelli, Partner and Chair of Archer’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, spoke at the New Jersey Builders Association’s (NJBA) “2020 Legislative and Regulatory Update,” webinar on Monday, September 14, 2020. The webinar covered topics of legislation, regulations and court decisions relating to environmental issues and to the land development review process that continue to modify the legal framework within which real estate is developed. In his update, Mr. Frattarelli discussed changes to general business operations due to COVID-19 as well as legislation regarding health benefits plans and employment benefits.
