Its Executive Committee is not only the leading voice for family lawyers throughout New Jersey, but also sponsors and leads ambitious programs monitoring family law legislation and co-sponsors programs of continuing legal education for New Jersey’s family lawyers. The mission of the Family Law Section is to maintain and improve the practice of family law through effective interaction with the family courts and by informing members of current legislation and regulations.
