Archer is pleased to welcome associates Meghan L. Rice and Eric B. Sorkin to the firm. A member of the estate & trust litigation group, Meghan handles litigation involving probate matters, estates, trusts, gifts, fiduciaries, guardianships, and real estate. She is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association Foundation Board of Trustees, as well as a member of the Burlington County Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee. Following law school, Meghan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable J. Christopher Gibson, Cape May County Superior Court, Civil Division. She received her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Eric is a member of the firm’s estates & trusts group, where he represents clients in all aspects of estate, trust, and related tax matters, including planning for both simple and complex estates, and probate litigation. He is a member of the Mercer County Estate Planning Council. Eric served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmedia, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, his M.B.A. from Villanova University, and an L.L.M in taxation from New York University.
