Marie E. Lihotz P.J.A.D. (Ret.) Sworn In for Second Term as Burlington County Bar Trustee

Archer is pleased to announce that Marie E. Lihotz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) was sworn in for a second term as a Trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association (“BCBA”). The swearing-in was the first virtual ceremony held on June 11, 2020. Vicinage 3  Assignment Judge Jeanne T. Covert swore in Judge Lihotz for her second term. Judge Lihotz also serves the BCBA as Co-Chair of the Professionalism Committee and a member of the Diversity Leadership and Family Law Committees.

Judge Lihotz joined Archer as Of Counsel after serving twenty years in the New Jersey Superior Court, including more than eleven years in the Appellate Division. Judge Lihotz concentrates her practice in resolving legal disputes through mediation and arbitration, including family, business, estate and employment matters. She also consults on trial and appellate presentations.

Since 1932, the Burlington County Bar Association has been providing members with the necessary tools to enhance their ability to practice law ethically and effectively, while fostering a relationship between the Bench and Bar in Burlington County. In 1979, BCBA founded the Burlington County Bar Foundation with a mission of helping less fortunate residents of Burlington County through grants and special programs.
