Magazine Rates Robert Bucknam and Gary Green Among New Jersey’s Top Real Estate Attorneys

Archer attorneys Robert W. Bucknam Jr. and Gary L. Green are ranked among the top real estate attorneys in the state by Real Estate New Jersey magazine in its “Meet the Lawyers” issue.

Bucknam serves as Chair of Archer’s Land Use, Environmental Compliance & Permitting Group. His extensive experience includes obtaining approvals for and developing or implementing some of the most significant projects in New Jersey and the Delaware Valley in the past 20 years. These projects have included not only the development of electric generation and co-generation facilities, solid waste management facilities industrial parks, hospitals, schools and major commercial and residential developments of all types, but also have included the redevelopment of Brownfield and blighted areas, the establishment of fish and wetlands habitat areas, the creation of wetland mitigation banks, forestry and woodland management plans and numerous open space preservation projects.

Green serves as Chair of Archer’s Real Estate Department and its Banking and Finance Law Group. , Mr. Green represents the real estate community in connection with development, purchases, sales, leasing and financing. He has extensive experience with environmental matters related to real estate and corporate transactions and has lectured extensively on that topic to lenders, business, trade and attorney groups.
