Lloyd H. Tubman, a Partner in the Real Estate Department of the law firm Archer P.C., has been selected for induction into the Hall of Fame of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
NAIOP, formerly known as the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, is a leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. The organization was founded in 1967 and provides advocacy, education and business opportunities, and connects its members through a powerful North American network.
The Hall of Fame was created to honor NAIOP New Jersey Chapter members with a particularly distinguished record of service to the association over a period of many years.
Ms. Tubman, based in Archer’s Flemington, N.J., office, has been a member of the New Jersey Chapter for more than 25 years, and served for many years on the Board of Trustees and as legal counsel to the organization. In addition, she was a member of the Legislative Committee and the Regulatory Affairs Committee, and a sponsor of several Community Action projects.
