Linda Roth Joins Archer’s Business Litigation Practice

Archer announced the addition of partner Linda S. Roth who joined the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. Based in the firm’s New York office, Linda will represent clients throughout New York and New Jersey in a variety of complex commercial and other civil litigation cases, involving, among other matters, allegations of breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Representing clients in a broad range of industries, Linda skillfully advocates for clients through all stages of the litigation process. She has extensive experience in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues such as the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.

Linda is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court’s for New Jersey, Southern New York, Eastern New York, Northern New York, Western New York, and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Linda is a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Jersey Diaper Bank in Middlesex County.
