Jonathan Rardin Reappointed to Cherry Hill Twp. Zoning Board

Jonathan P. Rardin, an attorney with Archer P.C., has been reappointed to the Jonathan Rardin Reappointed to Cherry Hill Twp. Zoning BoardCherry Hill Township, N.J., Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Mr. Rardin’s four-year term commenced on July 1.

The Zoning Board administers and enforces regulations that control and direct land use and development in the township. The Board’s responsibilities include reviewing and ruling on applications seeking variances from permitted uses within a zone, interpreting the zoning ordinance or zoning map, certifying prior non-conforming uses, and issuing site plan approvals and subdivisions if associated with a use variance.

A Cherry Hill resident, Mr. Rardin is based in Archer’s Philadelphia office at One Liberty Place, where he concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. He defends corporate clients in matters involving contracts as well as shareholder disputes, and has experience with civil rights claims in the courts and before administrative bodies such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Rardin earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia.
