John C. Connell Selected Camden County Volunteer of the Year by the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse

Archer Partner, John C. Connell, was recently honored by the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (“Council”) as the Camden County Volunteer of the Year, for his exemplary service and commitment to the Haddonfield Municipal Alliance Program. Mr. Connell spent 11 years as the dedicated Chairperson of the Haddonfield Municipal Alliance. Each year, the Council recognizes Volunteers of the Year for exemplary service to the State’s Alliance to Prevent Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Program.

The Haddonfield Municipal Alliance (“Alliance”) is among Camden County’s volunteer network of 33 municipal alliances, helping to communicate and execute the systems necessary to effect change in their community. Committed to spreading the Council’s message, the Alliance plans, coordinates, and conducts alcoholism, tobacco, and other substance abuse activities, and promotes responsible decision-making. Through Mr. Connell’s efforts, dedicated leadership, and thorough understanding of current issues and best practices, the Alliance has a strong foundation in promoting a culture of wellness.
