Jeffrey M. Gradone, a Partner in the Princeton, N.J., office of Archer P.C., has been reappointed to serve as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court for the 2012-2014 term.
The Committee is comprised of members of the bench and tax bar as well as representatives of taxpayers’ groups, local, county and state tax administrators and others concerned with the administration and review of the New Jersey tax laws. The Court relies on this Committee to provide well-reasoned, expert advice on matters within its general area of knowledge and responsibility.
Mr. Gradone prosecutes complex property tax appeals in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and other Mid-Atlantic and New England states. He advises clients regarding property tax issues and liabilities, and pursues property tax exemptions, abatements, and other incentives for real estate development projects. Mr. Gradone also handles a variety of complex condemnation matters on behalf of property owners and lenders.
