He regularly prepares estate plans for clients with estates ranging from modest to large, providing planning provisions for tax avoidance and trust provisions for their children. Richard Jon Contant –
With more than 40 years’ experience in estate planning, business organization and transactional law, Mr. Contant handles tax-related matters for a variety of individual and corporate clients. He is the author, with Brian T. Keane, of Planning for Children

Eimi S. Figlio
– Ms. Figlio concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate administration, including drafting estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys and Advanced Medical Directives necessary to preserve family wealth and minimize tax consequences. She also assists clients with gifting and transfers of family assets and closely held businesses. In addition, Ms. Figlio handles probate matters, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, preparation of accountings and post-mortem planning opportunities.
