The Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation has elected Archer partner Eric I. Yun to its Board of Trustees. Magee is a physical and cognitive rehabilitation hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services to individuals recovering from traumatic injuries or illness. Magee’s main hospital, with 83 private inpatient suites, is located in Center City Philadelphia.
Magee is ranked as among the best in the nation in Rehabilitation by U.S. News & World Report. The Foundation’s Board of Trustees is a group of volunteers made up of former patients, family members of former patients, and other community members interested in helping to improve the Magee experience for the patients and families it serves.
Eric has a diverse, cross-disciplinary practice encompassing commercial and other complex civil litigation, as well as immigration. As a litigator, Eric is experienced in handling all trial-level issues, pre-litigation investigations and negotiations, arbitration/ADR, appeals, and other related matters in both state and federal courts. As a member of Archer’s Immigration and Global Mobility Group, Eric represents employers and individuals in immigration and other visa applications and disputes. He has represented clients in finance and banking, retail, heavy industry, pharmaceutical research and other industries, as well as municipal and other public entities.
