Thomas P. Deenis

Thomas concentrates his practice in the areas of local property taxation, real estate tax appeal litigation, condemnation, and redevelopment. He represents clients in disputes involving complex assessments of commercial and industrial properties across a broad range of asset classes. Thomas provides counsel on valuation, tax liability, and related issues throughout all phases of the appeal process. Thomas represents clients in a variety of industries and handles matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Archer, Thomas was an associate for the law firm Skoloff & Wolfe., P.C., where he focused on real property valuation and property tax appeals for commercial properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Earlier in his career, Thomas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Gilmore, J.T.C. in the Tax Court of New Jersey, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
