Shane M. Brackup

Shane focuses his practice on healthcare litigation, representing providers across a broad range of settings, including licensed nursing homes and long-term care facilities, hospital networks, rehabilitation hospitals, adult day care centers, home health agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices. He assists clients with navigating complex legal issues and regulatory disputes to achieve favorable outcomes.

Prior to joining the firm, Shane defended a large, regional hospital in high-exposure medical malpractice litigation and gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Pennsylvania.

While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
