Overview
Paris focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy-related matters. He regularly represents Chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, distressed companies, and other stakeholders in complex insolvency proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
With experience that spans a wide range of industries, Paris brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to navigating the challenges faced by financially distressed businesses. Whether counseling clients through reorganization, liquidation, or financial restructuring, Paris provides practical guidance aimed at preserving value and minimizing risk.
Prior to joining Archer, Paris was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice of a New Jersey-based law firm.
Paris received his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as the Monica Gollub Endowed Academic Scholar, as well as the Senior Research Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law.
