Natasha N. Scott
Associate
Overview
Since the start of her legal career, Natasha has devoted her practice exclusively to family and matrimonial law. She represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, relocation, adoption, domestic violence, and post-judgment disputes.
Recognizing that family law matters often involve deeply personal decisions with lasting financial and emotional consequences, Natasha works closely with clients to help them understand their legal rights, evaluate their options, and make informed decisions for their futures. She approaches each matter with a focus on achieving practical, lasting resolutions.
Natasha prioritizes negotiated resolutions that minimize conflict and expense while protecting her clients’ interests, but she is equally prepared to advocate for her clients through litigation when necessary. She approaches the sensitive and often challenging circumstances surrounding family disputes with diligence, compassion, and a genuine commitment to those she represents.
