Mia G. Arbona

Mia focuses on commercial and business litigation. She assists clients with disputes involving breach of contract and other commercial claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and restrictive covenants. She works with large corporations, small and middle-market companies, and closely held and family-owned businesses.

Mia assists with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motion practice, and trial preparation. She brings strong legal research and writing experience to her work on complex litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Mia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Morris G. Smith of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She also gained practical experience as a legal intern with Global Athlete Management Enterprises, Inc. (GAME, Inc.) and the Mayor and Business Administrator of the City of Atlantic City, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jeffrey Wilson of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.

Mia earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she received the Blaine E. Capehart Award for Legal Writing Excellence and served as Articles and Notes Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She was also a member and teaching fellow of the Hunter Moot Court Board. Mia was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, serving as its president from 2023–24, and the Women’s Law Caucus, serving as its treasurer from 2023–24. She was also a member of the Minority Student Program.
