Overview
Mark focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts in matters involving breaches of contract, business torts, shareholder, member, and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, trade secret litigation, unfair competition and employment matters, commercial real estate disputes, and other complex commercial cases. He assists clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit case assessment and discovery through motions practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals.

He is committed to understanding each client's objectives and the challenges they face, providing thoughtful counsel at all stages of the litigation process. Mark works closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies, keeps clients informed and engaged at every stage of a matter, and delivers responsive, high-quality legal services specifically tailored to each client’s individual goals.
While in law school, Mark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Archer, Mark was an associate at a law firm in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he focused on commercial litigation.
