Jacob H. Prince

Jacob focuses on commercial and industrial real estate. He works with developers, investors, home builders, brokers, and lenders on a range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate finance, and development.

Jacob assists throughout the transaction process, from due diligence through closing. His work includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and survey materials, abstracting leases, assisting with loan and closing documents, and maintaining closing checklists and deliverables. Having clerked at the state trial level, Jacob brings a practical understanding of how transactional documents and agreements may be interpreted when disputes arise.

Before joining the firm, Jacob served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott C. Arnette, J.S.C., in the Monmouth County Superior Court. During law school, Jacob served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Craig M. Straw of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern with the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel. He also represented tenants through the Rutgers Law Housing Advocacy Clinic.

Jacob earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review.
