Daniel Hong

Daniel advises clients on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and tax matters. His practice focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory services. He regularly assists private and public companies, startups, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations with matters involving entity formation, corporate structuring, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Daniel’s experience encompasses entity formation and structuring, drafting and negotiating operating agreements and asset purchase agreements, and counseling corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, and individuals on federal and state tax considerations. He has also handled transactional and restructuring matters, including bankruptcy proceedings and real estate transactions. His diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of how tax and financial considerations impact business operations and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Archer, Daniel practiced at two Pennsylvania regional law firms. He also served as an adjunct professor at Cairn University, teaching business law.

Daniel is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard, where he served as a 25Q Multi-Channel Transmission Systems Operator in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He specialized in military communications systems and participated in the January 2021 Presidential Inauguration support mission at Capitol Hill, for which he received an excellence award.
